Cannot make calls
- If you use Ringblaze on the browser, make sure you allow Ringblaze to access the microphone.
- Use the latest version of the browser that supports WebRTC. You can check if your browser supports WebRTC using this tool https://test.webrtc.org/
- If you call international numbers, make sure that you have enough funds.
Cannot receive calls
- Make sure you logged into the Ringblaze dashboard.
- If you’re forwarding your number to an external number, especially an international one, make sure you have enough funds to cover the costs.
